Courageous Conversations are dialogue or discussions that require individuals to show bravery, vulnerability, and openness in addressing difficult, challenging, or uncomfortable topics. These conversations often involve confronting biases, acknowledging privilege, and discussing sensitive issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

LAUDACE’s Courageous Conversations Series aims to inspire and empower attendees to take action towards creating a more equitable and inclusive workplace culture.
