We do not confine ourselves to workplace transformation; we aim to accelerate ED&I change beyond those boundaries. In society, our goal is to empower communities of people and increase awareness of the challenges faced by historically marginalized groups.

We expand our reach beyond our subject-matter expertise in Neurodiversity, Anti-Racism, and Gender Equity by taking an intersectional lens to ED&I.

Why do we prioritize Intersectionality in our approach to ED&I?

Through our experiences, we've learned how crucial it is to consider all aspects of a person's identity. We not only acknowledge the challenges faced by different identity groups but also highlight how our intersecting identities have an unique combined impact on each person.

Our approach to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) is holistic and looks at issues from a people-focused perspective. People have multiple evolving identities across socioeconomic contexts, and our commitment to this fact allows us to create solutions that better match the multidimensional realities of those we want to help.

Our goal is to empower communities and organizations to understand better the intersection of challenges faced by historically marginalized groups and shift towards dismantling the existing structural barriers so that everyone, particularly those from historically marginalised backgrounds, can thrive.

We embody our #9Principles in all our efforts and translate them into our 3 action pillars.
