Courageous Conversations are dialogue or discussions that require individuals to show bravery, vulnerability, and openness in addressing difficult, challenging, or uncomfortable topics. These conversations often involve confronting biases, acknowledging privilege, and discussing sensitive issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

LAUDACE’s Courageous Conversations Series aims to inspire and empower attendees to take action towards creating a more equitable and inclusive society & workplace culture. Through this event series proposal, we want to offer a brave and inclusive space to discuss and explore topics related to DEI in society at large through an intersectional lens.
