LAUDACE in Action May 2024

Axelle Ahanhanzo, founder of LAUDACE receives the official certification awarded by the ESDP at the Accenture office.

LAUDACE is now ESDP certified! We were selected as one of the first 10 ethnic minority businesses to receive this certification. At our certification event on April 17th, Axelle Ahanhanzo presented LAUDACE, impressing the ESDP team and corporate partners like Nike, DOW, Google, IBM, CBRE, and others. This is a big opportunity for us to grow and further establish ourselves as a top diversity supplier for global companies beyond the Dutch DEI scene.

As we celebrate LAUDACE's first anniversary on May 1st, we're thrilled to mark this incredible milestone. Our journey has been exhilarating, and we take pride in the waves we've created and the tangible impact we've made in organisations and communities like Equals, DLIT, Bar Bario, Omek and more. From our Courageous Conversations to thought leadership at events like the DEI in Tech Summit 2023 and TEDxAmsterdamWomen Talent Night, and the recent launch of our Flip the Neuro-tive Series, there's so much to reflect on and celebrate. Our commitment to driving meaningful change remains unwavering, with a vision of achieving belonging that knows no bound and leaving no one behind.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to all those who joined us on this journey and amplified our voice to empower our important mission.
