LAUDACE is an equity-first and intersectionality-focused consultancy committed to advancing the psychological safety, inclusion, sense of belonging and well-being of Neurodivergent Women, Black Women and Women of Colour who work.
Our mission is rooted in our founder's lived experiences of exclusion, misogyny, ableism, racism and workplace trauma & burnout. Through our passionate commitment and expertise to achieve intersectional equity in the workplace, we provide advocacy, education, coaching and early-career mentoring services.
Together with you, we strive to raise more awareness, help break down structural inequities and embolden women with intersecting identities to shift from surviving the workplace to thriving in their careers
