OUR APPROACH?

In early 2024, we kicked off two transformative projects

ERG Transformation & Consultancy:

Alongside the Courageous Conversations series, LAUDACE provided consultancy to transform WeTransfer’s affinity groups into structured ERGs. Through comprehensive individual and group interviews, we assessed WeTransfer’s culture, goals, and DEI priorities.

Working closely with the head of CSR, we developed a tailored guide and framework for formalizing ERG structures, aligning them with WeTransfer’s values and business needs. This structure emphasized intersectional collaboration, encouraging a unified approach across diverse groups.

Courageous Conversations Series:

We co-designed a year-long program, curating themes like allyship, neurodiversity, psychological safety, and biases.

With the head of CSR as our partner, we infused each session with thought-provoking elements, including spoken word performances, sparking meaningful dialogue that connected employees across different teams and backgrounds.

Over 80% of participants rated the sessions as “excellent,” reflecting a newfound sense of community and shared purpose.

THE RESULTS

  • The feedback was resoundingly positive, with participants and leadership alike noting the impact on workplace culture.

  • Our intersectional focus encouraged ERGs collaboration, maximizing resources and building a more unified community.

The success of this partnership underscored LAUDACE’s capacity to address diverse DEI challenges, capturing both qualitative and quantitative data to measure progress and drive lasting change.
