On a mission to accelerate intersectional equity, inclusion and sense of belonging in the workplace for :
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Intersectional Equity
Shout out to the honourable Kimberl’e Crenshaw for coining this term in….!
We turn this valuable lens coined by Kimberle Crenshaw in 199..into a tool because we are committed to creating a more equitable and just society.
Intersectional Equity" is a philosophy that recognizes that individuals from marginalized communities may face multiple forms of oppression that are interconnected and compound historical patterns of exclusion. This philosophy requires intentional analysis of how different social identities intersect, and the development of tailored solutions to address disparate impacts across a broad range of populations.
We strive to foster a workplace culture of intersectional equity. We recognize that our diverse identities and experiences shape our perspectives, and that true equity requires acknowledging and addressing the unique challenges faced by different groups. By prioritizing intersectionality, we aim to create an inclusive and safe environment where all employees can thrive and contribute to our shared success
Neuroinclusivity
Neuroinclusion has emerged as a significant focus area for companies seeking to optimize their human capital and attract the best talent. This concept refers to creating a work environment that accommodates and celebrates the natural variation in human brains, known as neurodiversity.
By embracing neurodiversity and implementing hiring programs and ERGs that support and include neurodistinct individuals, companies can tap into a diverse pool of talent and improve their innovation and creativity.
It is important to note that neurodiversity hiring programs should not solely focus on hiring white, male techies, as this limits the diversity and inclusion efforts. Companies should strive to engage with and hire from the broader and more diverse neurodistinct professional community. Additionally, it is crucial for companies to create a supportive environment that encourages self-disclosure and self-advocacy for neurodistinct employees, leading to the formation of neurodiversity ERGs and coalitions. This promotes neuroinclusion and allows for the optimization of human capital.
We recognize that neurological differences are an essential part of human diversity. We strive to create a work environment that welcomes and embraces all neurodivergent individuals. By fostering neuroinclusivity, we are able to unlock the potential of every team member and enhance our collective success. We are committed to providing accommodations, support, and resources to ensure that all of our employees can thrive.
Anti-racism
We are committed to being actively anti-racist and dismantling systemic racism in all forms. We recognize that racism intersects with other forms of oppression, and we strive to center the experiences and voices of those who have been historically marginalized. By creating an inclusive and equitable workplace culture, we believe we can drive positive change within our company and beyond.
Courage
We embrace the power of courage in driving our commitment to creating an equitable and inclusive workplace. We believe that it takes courage to challenge the status quo, dismantle systemic barriers, and create a more inclusive culture. We encourage everyone to show up authentically and courageously engage in challenging conversations to learn and grow. Our aim is to create a safe and supportive space where each individual can feel seen, heard, and valued, and where everyone can thrive regardless of their background or identity.
Self-advocacy
We believes in empowering women and allies who work to reach their full potential and achieve their goals. We recognize the importance of self-advocacy at work, as it allows individuals to gain access to opportunities and resources that benefit both themselves and the company.
We encourage our employees to engage in mindful and deliberate participation in their own future by advocating for themselves in the workplace. This includes surfacing their contributions, highlighting their skills and strengths, and seeking out opportunities for growth and development.
By fostering a culture of self-advocacy to achieve intersectional equity, we aim to create a workplace where every employee feels valued and supported in their professional journey. We believe that by investing in employees and empowering them to advocate for themselves, we can collectively achieve greater success and impact as a company.
We recognize that self-advocacy is a crucial component of creating an equitable workplace. We empower our employees, particularly those from marginalized communities, to advocate for themselves and their needs, and we actively listen and respond to their voices. Through fostering an environment of self-advocacy, we can ensure that everyone has a fair and equal opportunity to succeed and thrive in their careers.
Purposeful Joy
The choice to cultivate joy in our lives, even in the face of difficult circumstances takes courage. By considering trials as an opportunity for growth and perseverance, we can gain the perspective needed to create purposeful joy.
We believe that creating a workplace culture of purposeful joy is critical to promoting the well-being and success of every team member. We recognize that joy is an essential component of a fulfilling and balanced work environment and we are committed to fostering a culture that embraces and celebrates the diverse experiences and perspectives of our team. We strive to create a joyful workplace that inspires creativity, innovation, and excellence in all that we do.
Allyship
We believe that allyship is crucial for creating an equitable and inclusive workplace. We recognize that allyship from an intersectional lens requires actively seeking to understand and dismantle systemic oppression and privilege, and consistently advocating for marginalized groups. By fostering a culture of allyship, we can build a community that supports and empowers all individuals to thrive and reach their full potential.
Psychological safety
We believe that creating a workplace that values psychological safety is crucial for fostering a culture of intersectional equity. We recognize that people from all backgrounds and identities should feel empowered to bring their full selves to work without fear of judgment or retaliation. Drawing inspiration from Amy Edmonson's research on psychological safety, we aim to create a space where individuals feel comfortable taking risks, speaking their minds, and contributing to the collective success of the company. By prioritizing psychological safety, we can build a workplace culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
Transparency
Transparency highlights the need for companies to have data visibility and use insights to inform their DEI strategy, align their DEI objectives with company goals, communicate with clarity and transparency, and commit to continuous improvement. This is notably achievable by knowing and utilizing data and metrics to hold companies accountable and increase visibility, aligning DEI goals with business objectives, fostering open communication, and committing to continuous improvement.
Companies should prioritize DEI initiatives to achieve better business results and create a work environment that prioritizes its employees' needs. They should leverage data science and technology for proactive DEI and continuously improve by identifying and addressing equity gaps.
We believe in transparency as a key component of intersectional equity in the workplace. We strive to create an environment where open communication and honest feedback are valued and encouraged, and where all employees feel comfortable bringing their whole selves to work. By prioritizing transparency, we aim to build trust and foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging for all.
